2023 Hub City Soccer Club Spring Referee Clinic – United States Soccer Federation Clinic For NEW Referees

• This is a “blended” course, with the coursework being done online. After completion of the online material, there will be an “in-person” field training session (Weather Permitting). 
• The online portion of the course will normally take 4 to 6 hours to complete, and this online coursework can be completed in increments. 
• The field training portion of the clinic will be held in mid-April (exact date/time TBA due to the unpredictability of field conditions at this time) (Please note, if a candidate cannot attend the field session portion of the clinic....it will NOT exclude them from completing the course & registering as a Referee). 
• Candidates must be a minimum of 13 years of age to register (There are no exceptions to this as US Soccer will not allow anybody under 13 to register for the course).
• Candidates 18 years of age and older are required to submit a background check (as per federal law). (This will be done as part of the online registration)
• This class is for NEW referees only. Referees who have been registered in the past should contact Tom Hilsendeger for recertification instructions.
